Sex Offender Issues

Let's put the cart before the horse. Officials fear they have a major problem with sex offenders and the "crimes they will commit" in the future. With no justification, sex offenders are having their Internet identities "removed" and their "identities" given to the local police and the federal government. Hundreds of man hours are being wasted "marrying up" records of sex offenders to make a "guess as to" the depth of this problem so they know what to do to prevent the future from becoming reality. Have any of you seen the movie "Time Machine?"

Straight out of science fiction, seeing into the future has become the "norm" across the nation where sex offenders, in law enforcements eyes, will again commit another crime of child molestation or worse. Stating otherwise, with the rationality a crime will be committed, actions in the form of "regulatory" constraints, are placed on sex offenders that under any other reasoning mind, indicates sex offenders have not yet suffered enough punishment. The lynch mob mentality did not die when the old west was tamed, rather it has been stirred up to frantic proportions by so called modern saviors of the innocent.

Bring in "Perverted Justice!" This group of so called vigilantes against any sexual abuse or activity, having bullied and disregarding the laws and rights against such actions, having their way as to "setting up a sting" under the name of justice, have in their ranks, members who, if on the other side of the tracks, would be considered highly dangerous pedophiles and violent child molesters having no redeeming thoughts or actions for what they do. Law enforcement, as shown in the Murphy TX fiasco, depend on "ratings" from the "To Catch a Predator" reality show to continue funding the "stings" the public has become fond of. If the members of Perverted Justice, having no fear from what they do, why hide behind a made-up name? It is thought that only "criminals" create a fake identity to hide behind.

This is a very informative and well-written article. So many problems would be solved if people would read it and let the truth soak in.
