Tokyo, Japan - Soladi Care Home for pets has just been opened in Japan. The home is a nursing home for dogs who need to feel younger. Owners pay $800.00 a month for around the clock care. The nursing home for dogs can accept 20 dogs at one time. They will also be housing puppies for the older dogs to play with, as reported by CNN.

Key Largo, Florida - A stranded, deaf, bottle nose dolphin named Castaway, has delivered her first calf at the Marine Mammal Rehabilitation Center in Key Largo, Florida. The center has installed a chat line that will hopefully teach the new calf to vocalize normally, since the mother dolphin speaks in a monotone the way deaf people speak when they cannot hear. The baby calf, is living in a lagoon at Dolphins Plus, a research facility a few miles away. Underwater speakers and microphones have been installed at both locations so that the calf can learn to communicate with other hearing dolphins, AP reports.

New London, Connecticut - Steve Hatch and Robert Green have spared the life of a lobster they caught last weekend. The lobster who is ever so popular for the way he looks is a rare vibrant blue as a result of a rare genetic mutation. The lobster was caught in a trap on the Thames River. the lobster is now being transported to Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration where it will stay the rest of his days, reports AP.

Washington D.C. - Judge Roy L. Pearson is claiming that Jin Chung, Soo Chung, and Ki Chung, a small business own of a dry cleaners has committed fraud and mislead consumers with signs that claim "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "Same Day Service". Pearson who of course is representing himself is suing the trio for 54 million dollars after they allegedly lost a pair of his pants. Pearson who called himself as a witness testified that the pants he received were not the pants that went with his suit and left the courtroom in tears after asking the presiding Judge Bartnoff for a break. The Chung's have made three settlement offers, however Pearson was not satisfied with the offer, as reported by AP.
