1. Flowers: For flowers you could choose to go really earthy with choices such as wildflowers, or daisies. Or you could choose any flowers you like; just making sure they are organic, and pesticide-free. Check local florists, or try online catalogs.
2. Decorations: Use soy candles -either bought or made yourself. This could be a fun activity to be done at the bridal shower. Decorate with lots of flowers (pesticide-free, of course), and organic fabrics used for tablecloths, runners, chair covers, etc. If you have glass decorations, use recycled glass. If you are seating at round tables, place one large plant in the center of the table, and smaller plants ringing around it, with each guest's name. Not only are the plants decorations, but also they will make excellent place card holders, and favors. Wooden or silver bowls of fruit or vegetables could make lovely decorations as well.
3. Food: All food served should be organic, with eggs coming from cage-free birds, and all meats coming from organic grass-fed animals. Offer organic veggie options. If you cannot find a baker and caterer that abide to these standards, consider either bringing your own food, or asking them if they would do it for a higher price, or if you supplemented the organic supplies.
