Mount Laurel, New Jersey - The six foreign born Muslim men have plead not guilty to the charge that they allegedly tried to attack soldiers at Fort Dix. United States District Judge Robert Kugler has promised to make the trial as quick as possible and to hopefully have it finished by the end of this year, AP reported.

Tula, Mexico - 24 skeletons of children have been found at what seems to be an ancient mass sacrifice in the town of Tula, Mexico. The children are believed to have been sacrificed between the years 950 A.D. and 1150 A.D. . All the children but one were between the ages of 5 and 15 years old. It is assumed that the children had been a sacrifice for the Toltec rain god Tlaloc as stated by the National Go News.

Tuscon, Arizona - A Santa Cruz Judge Jame A. Soto needs to be applauded for a sentence he gave in the case of former U.S. Customs agent Jay Bernard Gililland. Gililland who was convicted of sexually exploiting a girl who was between 6 -8 years old for two years received 6,242 years in prison. 174 counts of sexual conduct, 100 counts of child molestation, 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, and one count of sexual child abuse. All counts which add up to 174 consecutive sentence of 35 years to life, reports the Arizona Daily Star.

Michigan City, Indiana - Michael Lambert ,36, has been executed for the fatal shooting of Officer Gregg Winters on December 28, 1990. Lambert shot Winters in the back of the head 5 times, he died 11 days later. No final statement before the execution was made by Winters, reports AP.

Seattle, Washington - 37 year-old, John Morimoto was found guilty of aggravated murder and aggravated assault for the deaths of Micheal and Michelle Phan on October 3, 2003. Morimoto also stabbed their 8 year-old daughter Cindy. Cindy who at the time was 8 years-old remembers Morimoto and told the court that he was a "nice guy", and he let her go to his house to play with his puppy and feed his fish, reports the P.I.Reporter.
