Go for it, celebrate the 4th of July in style with some of these cool and easy desserts that have no bake recipes or just a minimal baking. The excitement will be yours as well as others to enjoy, so let's get started. This one is my favorite for summer picnics, especially the 4th of July.

No Bake Cheesecake
2 pkg. of 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
½ cup sugar
2 8 oz. tubs of cool whip
2 pints of strawberries
1 ¼ cup blueberries
1 ½ sticks of margarine
1 box of graham crackers
Crush graham crackers and place in bottom of a 9 x 12 pan then melt the margarine press together to fill the bottom. Beat with a spatula cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in 1 tub of cool whip and pour into graham cracker bottom. Refrigerate for up to 3 hours, with the cool whip that's left smooth over the cheesecake, use your blueberries place in a small square for the stars then take strawberries and slice in half and arrange over top of cheesecake in a row, with red then the cool whip as the white and repeat to look like a flag. Refrigerate ahead or just ready to serve.

Banana Split Dessert
Melt one stick of butter or margarine. Mix with 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and pat on bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix in a bowl: one egg, 2 sticks margarine, and softened 2 cups of powered sugar. Beat 15 minutes until it looks like whipped cream. Spread over crumbs. Slice 3 to around 4 banana's over this. Spread on 16 ounces can of crushed pineapple, drained. Then on a large container of cool whip. Sprinkle on 2 cups of chopped pecans. Decorate with cherries. Let this sit in refrigerator, then serve.

Easy Pineapple Cherry Cake
1 can crushed pineapple un drained
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
½ cup margarine or butter
Evenly spread pineapple in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Carefully spread pie filling on top, sprinkle with dry cake mix. Then dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is a golden brown. This serves 12-14 people
