On June 6, 1988, a US Patent (4,877,027), was filed by Wayne B. Brunkan for his invention known as a "microwave voice device".

Why is this invention incredible? This invention relates to a hearing system in which high frequency electromagnetic energy can be projected into the air at the head of a person. The energy is then modulated, creating signals that can be heard by the person regardless of their hearing ability. This particular microwave voice device (VOICE SYNTHESIS) is being used for mind control.

Here is how the device works: sound is projected in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz. These sounds are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of what is called "frequency modulated bursts". Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The length of the burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond.

In other words, this is a form of subliminal auditory manipulation. This reminds me of the subliminal advertising that has been used, for example, in grocery stores to influence the public's buying decisions. (In fact, in 1984, there was a hearing at the House of Representatives regarding the use of this device in public places).

This voice synthesis device has been used in much more treacherous ways.

An entire faction of the government is devoted to what is known as "psychotronic weapons".

Are they lethal or non-lethal - that would be a debate in and of itself.

Col. John B. Alexander, of the Los Alamos- National Laboratory, is considered the "founding father" of these non-lethal weapons. In the December, 1980 Military Review article entitled, "The New Mental Battlefield", he expounded on this weaponry noting that the Soviet development of these weapons demonstrated lethal ability (the ability to cause death or illness for no apparent reason). The Soviets had practiced psychotronics for decades that specifically targeted political dissidents.
