I actually believe the site was shut down due to having UNBELIEVABLY high amounts of illegal movies. Also, anyone else feel like Marquis Canaday posts on every article stating that he already knows more information on the subject than the author of the article does, and yet it typically seems that he hasn't even ready the article? (check out his comment on this article, for example)

I checked out Stage6 - the home page says they're no longer active due to the enormous amount of upkeep the site took. Wonder if they'll be back.
