Let me start off by saying it is not my intention to offend women in any way, I am not sexist I'm only commenting on my own personal experience. I want to raise some questions about why men still have the perception of dominance in American society. The first set of issues I would like to address is with women that are active in the workforce. I worked in the corporate office platform for about five years with a few different companies primarily in sales and customer service, and over time I noticed a consistent pattern with women forming cliques. Some of these groups of women were just simply ruthless with all the gossip, rumors, and lies. I'm not saying that men never do these things, but this was a consistent distraction from work. I can't even count the number of times I sat down with some ladies during a break who all appeared to be good friends talking and laughing, but as soon as one woman gets up and leaves she automatically becomes the subject of criticism and rude comments. I have witnessed the backstabbing getting to the point that two seemingly intelligent well educated women want to physically fight over some petty differences instigated by the others and fueled with a little jealousy. I just don't understand why some women can't bring up their opinions or concerns on certain matters before they escalate to an intolerable level, whether it be an individual's attitude or their work ethic.
