The first thing you need to do is to stock your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer with ingredients that will allow you to prepare a quick and easy lunch. When you have items stocked in your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry, you will always have nutritious food on hand for lunch. This will help you avoid rushing out to the nearest fast food restaurant. Here are some of the items you should keep on stock at all times.

Chicken, Bacon, and Cheddar Wrap
You can either quickly defrost the frozen chicken breasts or you can use the grilled chicken breasts for this wrap. You start with a tortilla and then add lettuce, bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Then you simply roll and enjoy.
Healthy Mexican Burrito
Prepare the instant brown rice, while you heat up a serving of chili beans. Once heated add the beans, rice, a handful of frozen corn, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to a tortilla. Roll and enjoy.
