Soothing Bath
First, to get you all un-tense and soothed, we'll start with the soothing bath. This is much like the first guide, but with some little twists. Ok, now start running the warm water in the tub. Make sure the drain is plugged. Now go serve yourself a cool drink like iced tea, lemonade, or juice. Place about 2 cubes of ice in it and put in a straw. Take this to the bathroom and place it next to the bath tub. Find a CD with calming and relaxing music, like a yoga or meditation CD. Make sure you don't play the CD too loud, that's just annoying. When the tub is about half way full, start adding a few drops of lotion, some bath salts, and if you'd like, some bubble-bath. Find some flower petals and scatter them around the surface of the tub - this will give it a more relaxing feel. When the water is about full, stop it and get in, but first make sure it is not too hot for you. While you relax, sip your cool drink and listen to the gentle music. You should feel a lot more relaxed and calm after this.
