In Indianapolis, Indiana they have several activities planned throughout the city. The Fourth of July is as traditional as hamburgers, hot dogs and apple pie. Picnics and barbecues all around Indianapolis will be popping up everywhere from back yards to city parks. Anyone and everyone will be celebrating. The city has a patriotic party on tap for the July 4th holiday and weekend. Special event celebrations, concerts and an awe-inspiring fireworks display are all part of the festivities.

There will be anywhere from friends and family to even strangers from out of town, all having one big blast of a holiday. Red, white and blue patriotic colors will be flying over our United States of America. So all will let Freedom ring loud and proud. We are so very proud of our country and our fellow men that have made this country a free nation, a "one nation under God." Today we have the freedom of choice, liberty and free speech and also free to choose our faith. On July 4th 1776 America declared her Independence from Britain.

Fireworks have always been the first thing on everyone's mind when you mention the 4th of July, then comes the picnics and family gatherings. Cookouts, parties, and anything you can think of, however you celebrate the 4th of July it all comes down to the fireworks. For adults only you may want to have the really good seats to downtown Indianapolis, this comes with a pretty price.

The Fountain Square Theatre Building on Prospect Street, you can enjoy a Barb-B-Q dinner on the rooftop with soda's beer, wine and margaritas. All for $60.00 a person, great seats on top of the world (so to speak) while viewing the downtown fireworks first hand at dusk. Only thing you have to be 21 or older.

While kids think of the Fourth of July as festive parades, twinkling sparklers and the awe sights of fireworks lighting up the sky. And the adults anticipate having precious time spent with friends and their families celebrating being in America, and just letting loose having fun.
