The Royal Caribbean International cruise may seem like one of the best ideas for a vacation you could possibly come up with, but in reality it's probably one of the worst once you step on board and see what you've got yourself into. On board the Mariner of the Seas, the third largest cruise boat in the world, you'll find yourself with plenty of things to do, but they all come with one large problem. Being a huge boat, it's mostly occupied with other guests, meaning you'll find yourself having a hard time getting in on any action just about anywhere.

Being 19 years old, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place as the legal drinking age for international waters on this boat is 21, and that seemed to be what the majority of people were doing. Why everyone else is preparing to take a trip to the moon as they get plastered, if you're lucky enough to be between the ages of 18-20, you'll find yourself completely occupied by spending good quality time with yourself.

The Royal Caribbean International cruise boat is made up with a high majority of rooms and bars as this is how they make the majority of their money. It's not enough that you have to pay over $1,000 to step on board, but you'll soon learn that on every deck or floor of the boat, you'll find a bar or two located at each corner of the boat for easy access and easy money. Don't get me wrong though, the bars were actually nice if you don't mind paying $7 and up for a mixed drink or $4 a beer, but the good news is this. If you have too much money and like to get wasted at all hours of the day, don't hesitate twice to book your trip on the Royal Caribbean International as you'll find plenty of people who will be doing the same exact thing.
