Extreme Wedding for Extreme Makeover Surgeon

People Magazine reveals that there's more to ABC's series Extreme Makeover than changing unexpected people's lives and giving them a sense of confidence and purpose that most likely had not had before being on the show.

There's another happy tale in regards to the show and that tell is of love and marriage as the magazine reported that Garth Fisher - who is a plastic surgeon on ABC's Extreme Makeover has tied the knot and comitted himself to former Playboy model Jessica Canseco. Their vows being exchanged on Saturday evening amongst 50 or so members of family and friends who all gathered at the couple's home in Bel-Air, California to watch share their special time together.

Publicist, Nancy Iannios descrived the event as intimate, black-tie. The ceremony itself taking place amongst an orchard that overlooked a breath-taking mountain view of the city and the Pacific ocean.

The flower girls were the two daughters from Fisher's previous marriage, Neriah who is 7 and Sierra who is 5. Along side of Fisher's two daughter's was Canseco's daughter Josie who is 10.

The maid of honor was the bride's mother, Susan Sekely who also took on the role of the father and walked her daughter down the aisle to her beloved, giving her away.

Following the reception dinner, there were five contortionists from the Cirque du Soleil who performedwithin the pool, one that was in a sphere while the other four did a bit of synchronizing while in the water.

Fisher who is 48 years old proposed to Canseco who is now an aesthetician and image consultant in Beverly Hills with a canary yellow diamond ring during a holiday party which was hosted by Dr. 90210's very own plastic surgeon Paul Nassif. If was Nassif who had originally introduced the couple a year before their engagement.

"I thought it would be romantic to propose to Jessica on the one year anniversary of our introduction."
