Biography of Paris Hilton
Three days after Valentine's Day in 1981, Richard Hilton and Kathy Richards welcomed into their world a baby girl. That new daughter, whom the parents named Paris Hilton, became the third child in that Hilton family. She has one sister named Nicky Hilton
and two brothers, one named Barron Hilton II, and one named Conrad Hilton II.
While still a small child, Paris Hilton did not appreciate the significance of her family tree. Her great grandfather, Conrad Hilton, had founded the Hilton hotel chain. Her grandfather, Barron Hilton, had added to the strength of the Hilton name, and had amassed $1 billon. When Paris Hilton got old enough to understand the value of a dollar, she could dream about the likelihood that she stood to inherit $50 million.
Paris Hilton did not need to graduate from high school in order to know that her parents were wealthy. She dropped out of Dwight High School in New York City and accompanied her sister to many New York parties Soon Paris' picture had appeared in a number of society magazines.
As Paris Hilton and her sister hit the social scene, Paris met Jason Shaw, a model for the Tommy Hilfiger Company. From mid-2002 until early 2003, society magazines published articles about Paris' engagement to the Hilfiger model. About two years later those same magazines contained the news that Paris Hilton had become engaged to Paris Lotsis, a Greek gentleman known to be heir of a shipping business.
At the end of that short-lived engagement, Paris Hilton moved in with her sister in the Hollywood Hills, in L.A. County. By then she had earned a GED and had found a four-legged companion, a Chihuahua named Tinkerbell. The name Paris Hilton had become synonymous with a combination of celebrity and debutante.
