Creative Uses for Leftover Pork Loin #1: Barbeque
A pork loin roast can be used to make barbeque. The next day, remove the excess fat from the roast and cut the meat into small pieces. Heat the pork loin in the microwave until hot. Once the roast is heated, use just enough of your favorite barbeque sauce to coat the meat. Serve with potato salad and baked beans. This is such as chance from last night's supper, you'll never know that you're eating leftovers.
Creative Uses for Leftover Pork Loin #2: Pita Sandwiches
One of my favorite ways to use leftover pork loin chops is to add them to a sandwich. I use pita bread and stuff it full of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pieces of pork loin chops, and ranch dressing. This is a great lunch that can be enjoyed on the go or even at work.
Creative Uses for Leftover Pork Loin #3: Pizza
Leftover pork loin even makes a great pizza. All you need to make this pizza is leftover pieces of roast, barbeque sauce, shredded pepper jack cheese, and a pre-made pizza crust. Spread the barbeque sauce on the pizza crust and then top with the cheese and roast. Bake according to the package directions and enjoy.
