I was browsing in a large
book store on Oxford Street searching for something to treat myself to, I was hoping to find something that could be inspiring for me in becoming financially successful without being too complex for me to get into. I came across this
book 'Think and grow rich' by Napoleon Hill, I will admit that I had never heard of him before until then but as I read the liner notes I began to feel inspired to read further into it, so I bought it and then started reading it on the way home. This
book was originally published in 1937 but everything I read is just as powerful today as it was then, there is a step-plan formula that helps you with your goals, successes, desires and being amongst successful people. It has also helped me in learning how to think like the rich and there are secrets that are revealed that gives you more of an insight into achieving dreams, no matter how high they are. It has been updated for the
present day and I've got more into understanding the power of thought more than ever before, where I lacked faith I regained confidence and I began to let my desires become a reality. The author had started life born into a poor
family in 1883 and went on to be a millionaire in his own right, he died in 1970 after a long and successful career. This best seller has given me a lot of deep motivation from chapter to chapter, even in how to deal with rejection, criticism, doubts and negative issues and turning them all around into a positive matter. I am aware there are a lot of 'get rich quick'
books out there but this one isn't a 'get rich quick'
book at all, this is a powerful
guide to obtain whatever you want to achieve in life and to help you understand the many secrets of endless success. Some sections of the
book looks into lifestyle which can and often does affect your thinking pattern, there are also facts that we often use excuses when things go wrong when we blame everyone and everything else but ourselves, this is just one of the many examples that are laid out in the book. I am still reading this
book like a bible and every now and then I look at certain sections to refresh and it has been a good investment and a
book that will always be a great favorite of mine.
