Loose Weight in 15 Days...and Maintain It?

The answer is simple ... You cant ! However, what you can do is get yourself half way there. I have always been looking out for various methods to loose weight while I have that motivation to succeed but what happens ultimately is that too many ways and Great confusion. The result being that you gain more than u had before. Therefore, after a lot of thought and reading many diet subjects I decided to come up with my very own plan. So here, it goes follow it for 15 days and you will see a change in you.

This plan is made up of fruits / vegetables/ water/ exercise.

Start your day with one glass of lemon and honey followed by nothing for an hour at least.

Breakfast: One fruit/ one brown bread sandwich with peanut butter or Dosa, idlis, boiled eggs (2)/ 2 glasses of water.

Late morning snack : one fruit

Lunch : Salad / Fruits / 3 glasses of water

Evening snack: low fat /high protein tasteless biscuits and milk or juice (no sugar but honey)

Dinner : Soup / fruits / vegetables

In a day, make it a point to exercise at least for an hour.

Also, make sure you drink more than 8 glasses of water in a day.

The idea here is have a very heavy breakfast but including only the stuff, I mentioned fermented foods/ brown bread/ peanut butter/ mint chutney/boiled eggs.

Eating just fruits is bound to get you hungry by the end of the day; I know I learned it by experience...the first day I was all excited , I started with a bang ...tomatoes and apples and apples and tomatoes (I forgot to get more fruits) and then I saw what my mom had made for lunch -Prawns fry and that was the end of me but I was still determined to follow through the next day...and what does my mom make ... Pizza .It was like my mom just hated me but I still was decided .The third day I don't bother to eat at all and viola I had a blown up tummy due to acidity and it happen when u don't eat all day.

Anyways I then decided enough is enough ... I have 15 days and I cant just live on fruits so I came up with this idea and so far it was worked.

The key to succeeding is always keep watching the videos of Beyonce and Shakira in their song 'beautiful liar' you will be amazed at the energy you will have to exercise!

this worked for me it was great i lost 28 and a half pounds in like close to 4 weeks
