Deported Immigrant Returns to the O.C. To Peep and Flash

In the 23160 block of Saguaro Street in Orange County, a 12 year-old boy was showering at his home, when a dark-haired man tapped on the window attempting to get his attention. He immediately ran to his mother, who then called the police. Approximately an hour later, a man matching the exact description dropped his pants in front of a woman in the same neighborhood. The man has been identified by police as 28 year-old Juan Gutierrez Bahena, a convicted criminal and illegal immigrant.

Menace to Society...

Per the Orange County Register, the mother of the 12 year-old boy chased Bahena away from the apartment and called sheriff's deputies. An hour after that incident, in the Aliso Creek apartments, Bahena emerged from a first floor unit wearing track pants. A woman who had just dropped off her 7 year-old daughter in the same complex told police that the man matching Bahena's description had just dropped his pants in front of her.

According to Sheriff's Department rep Jim Amormino, Bahena was apprehended, but threatened to harm officers by fighting them, and was very combative. Thus, police were forced to use Tasers in order to subdue him. He was then arrested on suspicion of peeping and indecent exposure.

He's Baaaaaaack...

SignonSanDiego.com reports that Bahena was deported less than a month prior to the incident. Authorities confirm that the man recently accused of peeping and flashing, has a string of convictions for crimes such as resisting arrest and burglary. Bahena had been deported by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement towards the end of May 2007, after serving time for drug possession in a state prison.
