Six Flags Magic Mountain has been embodied in some of the best 80s movies known to man and people come from all parts of the states to see what is so special about this amazing theme park. With some of the greatest roller coasters in the world, this place has a lot of hype. The question still remains, will it live up to the hype?

First off tacking the X was on the to-do list. I've never been this scared on a rollercoaster before and I am a big fan of them. Not the cleanest and smoothest coaster in the park, but it's certainly an adrenaline rush experience. Make sure you get there early and ride it.

Goliath ranks right on up there with X. It is featured at other Six Flags parks and has become very popular since it's enception. This is one of the tallest roller coasters in the world and is just amazing. Something that some people have found scary about the ride is that when it drops you, you don't have enough time to recover from the first drop before you go into the second drop. It is definitely a must ride for all to see and ride on. Again make sure you come early and ride this one.

Tatsu is amazing coaster hands down. The drops are great. With loops and everything, this coaster has it all. Nice, quiet, smooth ride which will rest easy on any and everyone that rides it.

The Superman Escape ride was a lot of fun. The line was shorter than expected through out the day so it made it possible to ride several times. Surprisingly from what I have read about this coaster before I rode it, it was a lot smoother than expected. People were riding it after eating heavy meals and having no problem with things coming back up.

Overall the experience was amazing. From getting pumped up on rollercoasters to seeing sights that had only been seen in movies before, it was an amazing time. It was worth the cross-country trip. Plus, the park is full of adventures for the kids just like any other Six Flags park.
