So you need to stay up all night? Maybe you have an exam that you have to study all night for, or perhaps you stayed up a little too late and need to go to work in an hour so staying up beats going to sleep. For whatever reason you want to stay up all night, here is a guide for you so you will make it to the morning without falling asleep.

The first thing you have to do is drink lots of coffee or caffeinated beverages, you'll be wired as hell, and won't even be able to shut your eyes. If you feel yourself getting tired, then drink another cup of coffee and if your still tired even after drinking coffee try popping a few caffeine pills. Remember though, caffeine makes you crash and being wired on caffeine and crashing really isn't that great of an option especially if you have an exam the next day or if you have something important to do the next day like going to your job. Try to keep a steady intake of caffeine to avoid crashing but definitely do not over do it.

The second thing is, you want to move around and be active, you will definitely fall asleep if you are just laying on the couch watching T.V doing nothing. What you need to do is move around, take a walk around the block and splash cold water on your face. Heck, even take a cold shower, that usually wakes me right up! Try to avoid sugar, as that makes you crash horribly as well.

Playing loud music also keeps you awake, as does company that is willing to stick it out the whole night with you. If you have a few pals around to talk to, you will definitely be able to keep each other awake. If you falls asleep, then the other one can wake you up.
