Top 10 Slideshows on AC

Here at Associated Content, we now have the added slideshow feature but I don't see enough people using it. I view the profile pages of many of my favorite content producers and I go to their Slideshow section but there's nothing there. It's blank. Nothing. Zip. Nada.

Perhaps it's because AC is not currently paying for slideshows.

However, they do add to your page views so there is potential to increase exposure and your Performance Bonus. Anyway, finding these slideshows is not easy. I think AC needs to have a category designed particularly to slideshows so you could simply click and browse them.

To make things easier for you, I have compiled a list of my favorite 10 Slideshows on AC to date. If you have a slideshow I may not have seen, please feel free to drop a line and let me know!

10. Girls of WoW - And where would this list be without a plug for myself? Coming in at number 10 is my slideshow which features some of my favorite shots of my own World of Warcraft characters. I also have a slideshow of my children which many of my readers have heard me talk about quite a bit.

9. Rose Varieties- A slideshow by Summer Banks. This slideshow is offered to be viewed in conjunction with the "A Rose Is Not Just a Rose" written article!

8. Zen at the Beach - From Pam Gaulin. "After hiking past the water-filled granite quarry, find yourself facing the Atlantic ocean, piles of granite, and these zen-like rock piles."

7. So You Want to be a Sword Swallower- This just in from Gary Picariello, if you think you want to be a sword swallower, think again! A historical walk through the practice of sword swallowing, this slideshow is certainly interesting and entertaining.

6. Lakeside Photos- Lenora Murdock shares with us the work of her son and aspiring photographer, Caleb Daniel Murdok, 12 years. Beautiful documentation of a family Memorial Day at the Lake. Keep snapping those photos Caleb!

5. Garden of the Gods- This is the fabulous red rock of Colorado Springs, Colorado that is called the Garden of the Gods given to us by Jeanne Marie Kearns.
