Day 36-June 1, 2007

Breakfast arrived at 7 am and was oatmeal, sausage, blueberry muffins, milk and Kool-aid. I also had a box of frosted flakes. After breakfast I was able to go back to sleep.

At 8:45 am I was taken to medical to have my blood drawn for the DNA database. My release date was confirmed as June 11th at 8 am. I am so excited. After that I was brought back upstairs and played cards and watched TV until lunch arrived at 11:45 am. It was bologna sandwiches, salad, macaroni salad, and Kool-aid. After lunch I had a honey bun and some of "M's" fresh baked cookies.

Today I was told that I don't look like I belong in jail. I'm not sure what a criminal is supposed to look like but maybe that's why I got away with it for so long before getting caught.

I filled out my new visitation form and put "K" on it so she can come and visit me although I doubt she will.

At 12:45 pm we were locked back again and I read until 4 pm when we got out. At 4 pm we played cards until dinner arrived at 4:45 pm. It was spaghetti, beans, salad, cake, bread, and Kool-aid. After dinner we played cards until 6:45 pm at which time we went back onto lockback.

I was starving and ate oodles of noodles for the first time since I arrived. We got out at 10 pm because of room movements and stayed out until 10:45 pm. Then began the long night that would lead to...day 37.
