Flavor Flav Reaps What He Sowed

William Drayton a.k.a "Flavor Flav" once prize sensation of the rap group Public Enemy and his recently pasted debut with the "Flavor of Love" television show hosted by MTV television network. Seems to have brought Flavor Flav, past back to hunt him. William Drayton don't let your past hold you down my brother. Or the judgment of idol talk of the day by men and women; who know not but let time past their lives away.

Recently a state judge has ruled that rapper Flavor Flav has to give 1.8 million to a neighbor he allegedly shot at 10 years ago in their Bronx apartment complex in 1993. William Drayton was convicted in 1995 of criminal possession of a weapon and sentenced to two months in jail and three years of probation, according to the New York State court documents. Then in 1997 a default judgment of $850,000 dollars was issued against him for civil assault and battery and $350,000 in compensatory damages and $500,000 in punitive damages according to reported sources.

Whoa, what a price to pay for allegedly shooting at someone! Now Thelouizs English and his lawyer believe since Flavor Flav hasn't paid it in ten years that ten years interest should come to around the 1.8 million dollar figure that the judge ruled for William Drayton to pay. Talk paying for the consequences of your actions this one really has an expensive price tag attach to it. What if William Drayton, was not Flavor Flav and your average Joe from the streets of New York? Would Thelouizs English still make the claim that William shot at him ten years ago?

Maybe Thelouizs and his lawyer were thinking, "Hey we better get our money while the getting good; while there is still money to get right now at the moment." It's strange how when you come into some money in America how even one becomes your so-called friend to help take the money that you have obtained away from you. Hopefully Flavor Flav has learned from this and knows he must keep his actions and deeds square when dealing with the affairs of men of vanity. If not losing 1.8 million will help you stay in remembrance of your actions and deeds toward the men, women, and children within society.
