My Experience with the Ouija
A Story of How the Ouija Can Open Doors You Don't Want Opened
I was a single mother on a very tight budget, so it was difficult for me to afford things like Ouija boards or other occult items. But I was so curious and just had to have one. I had done some reading on the subject, and found out that if you make your own board, that it can be just as good as a store-bought board, and in some cases, could even be much more powerful. This is what I chose to do, so I began asking around for items I could use to make one.
I realized that the traditional boards are usually made of wood, but they don't have to be. I had to be resourceful and use what was available to me. A friend provided me with a dry-erase whiteboard and I bought a permanent black magic marker in which to print the letters and numbers. For the planchette (message indicator), I used a small glass ashtray; it worked wonderfully.
Now I was ready to begin playing with my new homemade Ouija board. All I needed was a partner, which was very easy for me to find, because I hung out with some very eccentric people back then that were into all sorts of strange things. In fact, I even had volunteers, so we had many sessions with the new board.
