If you are going to college and staying at the dorms or renting an apartment where you'll need a roommate then you better think twice about asking your best friend to move in with you. There are ma
ny things that you should think about before doing this and in this article I will tell you 5 reason why you should not ask your best friend to live with you for a whole semester or year.

- You will learn things about them that you don't like
If you think that you know your best friend inside out you're most likely wrong; there may be things about them that you will not learn until you live with him/her. What will you do if you are living with your best friend and you find that there is something that you just can't stand about him/her? You should consider all the things that could happen that can possibly affect your friendship in a negative way. If there is a way for him/her to move into a place near you that would be better.

- You're better off not spending every moment together
If you consider someone your best friend it usually means that you've spent and currently spend a lot of time together right? Well spending more time together at home would mean that you're spending all of your time together and that may not be good either for both of you. There are some times when you just need to be alone or away from your close friends to get thinking in or to just work on your individual and personal things. Having your best friend always in your room or apartment may become uncomfortable after a while.

- The odds aren't good for best friends rooming together
The odds of you being best friends after living together are really small. They are actually less than 30% and that's if you're only going to live for a semester with them. You might be thinking that those percentages are about other people and that it wont be the case in your situation but why test it?
