- You can study together
If you're ever looking for a study buddy then you can ask your friends from your classes if they'd like that also. It's important to learn to make friends in classes because of this reason. Each time there's a test coming up or a huge assignment you can get together to discuss your plans for that, you can talk about working together or at someone's place for a couple of days. It's important to have contacts around your school with people who take the same classes as you as this will ensure that you stay on track most of the time.
- You can trade notes
If you don't take notes too well then you need to find a person who does in your class and befriend each other. You can trade notes and get what either of you missed from each other. This will help not only get a better understanding of what the professors were talking about, but it will also help you get better grades on your assignments, quizzes and tests.
- You can ask someone if you missed something
If for some reason you cannot make it to class because of an emergency, you're sick, or you have to go to work, then it's best that you befriend someone in your class who attends each day no matter what. If you do this you can always ask that person if you missed something and you can possibly even borrow their notes from that day so that you can copy them and study.
- You can have someone to walk with
If your class starts really early or in the evening then you should not be walking to and from class by yourself. You should have a friend who's taking the same class as you walk with you to the dorms, your apartment or to the parking lot at least.
