Fourth and Sea is pretty much a shack near the intersection of Fourth and C streets serving up all sorts of fried seafood ("Sea"! Get it?!? Guwa ha ha ha!). There's also more traditional junk food such as fries, burgers, corn dogs and milk shakes. The appearance belies the sort of food that is served up there, fast fried and greasy, but it may mislead you into believing that this is also some sort of an inexpensive food stop. Bzzzt! The Well-Off Yuppie Prices are in full effect here and you can expect to pay comparable to what you'd pay at a low-end sit-down restaurant, possibly even a bit more. It is better quality junk food than your McDonalds and Burger King and such, but it's still junk food, and seems a bit pricey for what it is. Of course it's Petaluma and it's rich people everywhere, so you can basically charge whatever you want as long as whatever your food/product/service is at least halfway decent - enough people will wander along and toss money at you regardless, I suppose.

Anyway, the location has some parking along the nearby streets. It's right next to the 4th & D street bus stop, which is sort of the main bus hub of Petaluma where the city buses, Sonoma County Transit buses and Golden Gate Transit buses running between Santa Rosa and San Francisco all make regular stops. The place is quite popular with the locals and always seems to be jumping. There's a bit of seating inside, but it gets pretty hot and stuffy in there with all the frying and the enclosed space and whatnot. There's a number of tables outside, and there's a little park just down the street that you could wander down to for a picnic. No complaints with the service - polite and the food gets served up quick.
