People can enjoy group dancing at practically any age. As with any type of dance style you can get lessons at any experience level you want. If you are a beginner you can start at the basics and progress on to a more advanced level where you will learn creative footwork and difficult techniques.

Group dancing may be a great fit for you if you thrive on competitiveness. If this is your style, you can use the group dance as your motivation to succeed. If you feel that this is not the dance style for you and you feel you want to do something totally different that is OK too.
