Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 Inch Microhood Combo Review

I bought the Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 in. Microhood Combo about 2 months ago at my local Sears. So far I really like this microhood microwave from Kenmore.

I bought the Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 in. Microhood Combo for about $350. Sears has a special going that gave me no taxes on the appliance as well as a rebate off the total delivery price.

The Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 inch Microhood Combo is a 1000 watt microhood combo with a 7-digit VFD display and 3 categories of auto defrost.

My favorite feature is the flat panel of buttons. I always hit the buttons on my old microwave with wet hands or dirty hands and then had trouble cleaning them later.

With this microwave I can spray down the front, scrub away, and not have to worry about food stuck in the cracks and crevices. Even worse would be the cleaner and water that would go behind the buttons of my old microwave.

My second favorite thing about the microhood form Kenmore is the little plate inside that slides back and forth while cooking. It is a modern update to the traditional plate that used to circle.

The Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 in. Microhood Combo also has Child lockout for safety for anyone with kids. You can keep the kids from cooking anything while you are not around. I know I used to climb on the counter as kid to microwave things, so I bet my folks wish they had had this feature.

There are ten power levels and the microwave has a heat sensor that will turn the cooking element off when your food gets hot. I love this, because sometimes I cook something for 2 minutes and then come back to find it rock hard because I over estimated the time needed.

Overall I really like the Stainless Steel Kenmore 30 in. Microhood Combo. The price was right. You can also buy it in white or black, but the stainless steel looks really sleek.
