Boca Product Review: Meatless Breakfast Wraps

Boca makes two different kinds of meatless breakfast wraps. Depending on the taste that you prefer will determine which meatless breakfast wrap you will want to get or if you want to get them in the first place. I have to admit that since I was allergic to eggs when I was a child, and to this day still have some stomach problems if they are not cooked just right, I was not eager to try the breakfast wraps that Boca offers but I am pleased to say that they did not make me feel bad in anyway.

The first Boca breakfast wrap that I tried was the Boca Original Meatless Breakfast Wrap. There is definitely an egg dominating taste when it comes to the Original Meatless Breakfast Wrap by Boca, something you think I would have expected but actually I was kind of disappointed. As someone who likes scrambled eggs when they are cooked really well and with lots of seasonings I thought the wrap lacked in additional flavoring, for my personal taste anyway. However I have to give them credit for the whole wheat tortilla being soft, unlike a lot that you find, and having a hearty taste. Now while the cheese, meatless sausage and flavoring do accompany the eggs there is no doubt that the eggs are what you are tasting. Probably not the best choice for someone who is not that much into the taste of eggs, like myself, and perhaps a great choice for those who love eggs.

For those who are looking to eat a meatless breakfast wrap that either has less of an egg dominating taste or perhaps looking for a meatless breakfast wrap that is a bit spicy then the Southwestern Flavor Meatless Breakfast Wrap made by Boca may be a better choice. I personally enjoyed this breakfast wrap by Boca more then the other one that they offer. The Southwestern Flavor Meatless Breakfast Wrap has a mild spicy taste so it isn't too hot for those who are only looking for a little bit of spiciness and the veggies, cheese, meatless sausage and spices make it very fulfilling and tasty.
