Our Daughter and Son in Law have blessed us with three beautiful grandsons. All of them are under the age of 3 years old. So they needed a larger car or van to allow for three Baby Car Seats. Knowing that they didn't have much money to spend and that their credit was not the best in the world, led us to suggest that they check out Right Way Auto.

My husband and I were really impressed with their commercial that promised to help them rebuild their credit and do things the "Right Way". So we took a drive up to their Auto Lot to see what they had available. Then after seeing a couple cars and vans that they might be interested in. Our Son in Law called them and filled out a credit application. He was approved and they put him and their family into a nice little, red Ford product. It looked good. All the car seats fit into the back seat comfortably. So they signed on the dotted line. Paid the "Right Way" dealer and sales man 500 dollars to cover the small down payment and auto license and insurance.

They seemed happy and even though we thought 5000 dollars was a bit much to pay for what they got. We supported their decision and dad cosigned the loan and the kids were off on their way with a more reliable, family fitting vehicle. The next morning the kids saw that the gas tank was nearly empty and they had filled the car on the way home the previous night. With a little investigation, our son in law found that the gas tank was leaking. My husband and my son in law went up to the dealer ship. They let them know the issue of the loss of 40 dollars worth of gas and the gas leak. "Right Way" immediately reacted in a defensive manner, which was totally Un- called for. By the end of the conversation they agreed to fix the gas tank.
