United States of Americae beautiful Miami University Campus. The cars will be on display all day Saturday but the activities start on Friday night and go through Sunday morning.
The central gathering place for Porsche's to Oxford will be the Elms Holiday Inn Hotel in uptown Oxford. There will be a Porsche gathering in the Elms bar in the Holiday Inn on Friday night for the Porsche enthusiasts.This years event is expected to be over three hundred cars. Three hundred does not sound like a lot, but this is not just any group of cars. This will be a distinguished group of automobiles. This is Porsche. Each and every Porsche registered in Saturdays event will be entered for a chance to win over two thousand dollars worth of exciting door prizes. The sponsors will be giving away door prizes throughout the day on Saturday. Each applicant registered in the show will get a ballot to vote for their ten favorite Porsche's. The top thirty five Porsche's will then move to the center plaza for display.
After the uptown show is over on Saturday, the activities will continue through the town of Oxford as the Porsche's cruise in a parade for seven miles.The line of Porsche's will cruise to the scenic Houston Woods State Park. There are plenty of fine restaurants and shopping for entertainment for the whole weekend.The event will be rain or shine. Be sure if your coming to bring rain gear just in case.
Fill up the tank for Sunday Mornings Scenic Road Rally. The Porsche's will participate in a rally through the back roads of Ohio and Indiana in a competitive event for points. The rally is organized by the Scenic Road Rallies of Sun man Indiana. Cost to participate will be thirty dollars for Prue-registration and forty dollars for the morning of the show.
