Whether you are a stay at home parent, or a retired individual, we have all seen those ads, those so called, "employment opportunities" that can enable you to earn a big living in the comfort of your own home. Like most offers/deals, some things are too good to be true.

When looking online, you can be pulled into the many websites that claim you can make little, or a large quantity of money without having the worry of commuting. Unfortunately, a majority of these advertisements are a hoax. Scamming hopeful people out of hundreds or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, there are a few pointers that you could use to avoid anything like that happening to you.

Be sure that the job or opportunity is right for you. Be sure that you talk to a live person, rather than e-mails, and pose all the questions and get answers. It's always best to know what you are about to get yourself into. NEVER send money if you do not have a contact information. In fact, try to avoid any jobs that requires a start up fee.

Beware of the "promises" for the easy and simple way to earn cash at home. There are clever marketing claims that could easily let some be fooled, and throw common sense out of the window. There is no such thing as earning money for nothing. If you are serious, dedicated, and determined, it takes organization, skill, and work. Any promises; stay away.

The few jobs that I have found, all require the same or similar things to get started. A majority of these work from home jobs are for f customer service agents. For jobs like these, you are going to need a computer, a land line, (no cell phones) a headset, and a quiet environment. These companies work with many well known clients, such as 1-800-FLOWERS, Home Depot, and Pizza Hut, for answering incoming calls. The pay varies, and the hours are flexible from 10- 25 hours a week, or more, if you wish.

Find out more by searching for the websites of these companies:

~ Alpine Access
~ Live Ops
~ Working Solutions
~ Arise (formally known as, "Willow")
