5 Steps to Natural Weight Loss

But before you completely give up on the body of your dreams there is good news. Successful weight loss may not be as difficult to achieve as you may think and it doesn't even require a diet pill or patch. By focusing on your natural behavior patterns and asking yourself the right questions, you can be well on your way to a healthier you. Ask yourself:
* What is the root cause of my obesity? Being overweight has many causes. Some are genetics such as your metabolism and some are psychological like emotional eating. You may be emotionally dependant upon food when ever you are stressed, worried or board.
* Do you overeat? People often think that weight loss is extremely complicated but if you simply asked yourself this question alone it would result in increase weight loss success. Think about it, people who are thin and fit and remain that way don't just live off of celery and water. Sometimes they may splurge, there is nothing wrong with enjoying what you eat. The difference is that they know how to stop eating when they are no longer hungry.
* How food focused are you? It's unhealthy to always have your mind on what your next meal is going to be. Enjoy other things besides eating. Go about your business doing other things and keeping food off of your mind. Develop new hobbies that will take your mind off of the food.
* What are you eating? Observe what you eat on a daily bases. Does you diet consist of high fat foods, refined sugars and starches? If so you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that this is not the best way to go about loosing weight. Choose a healthier diet filled with living foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables instead dead foods like chips, pies and cakes.
