I am one who loves indulgence yet strives for moderation.
I wonder about the future of my life.
I hear the voice of past inspirations stirring inside of me.
I see vast expanses of knowledge yet unknown.
I want the mind of a prophet.
I am one who loves indulgence.

I pretend I command armies.
I feel the tides of life washing around my ankles.
I touch the knowledge of the ages, but have yet to grab hold.
I worry that society will soon see its demise.
I cry at the sight of love not pursued.
I am one who loves indulgence into the cream of life.

I understand that I am only human.
I say that being human is often enough and sometimes too much.
I dream of past experiences and future fantasies.
I try to learn more than my mind can hold.
I hope for peace with myself in the chaos of everyday life.
I am one who loves indulgence.

Wow, that's really good, it sounds almost like thoughts I have on a daily basis.
