For many years people have eaten yogurt because it is healthy and can even help individuals lose weight. There is a sufficient amount of calcium in yogurt, which increase the strength of the bones in our bodies. A low fat and non-fat version can be purchased which basically taste the same, however; different milks are used in the ingredients. Dannon has developed a new yogurt that is healthy, delicious, and helps woman begin to regulate their digest tract after only two weeks.
The company has even promised a money back guarantee. Most things that seem too good to be true are usually not true; however, in the case of Dannon Activia it works. Four years ago I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). This basically means the digest system can be overactive or underactive. In my case my digest system just never seemed to work. I had many tests done including an upper GI, which concluded that there was nothing the Doctors could do for me. I tried many prescriptions that my Doctor recommended. The medicine would work on and off, but nothing was consisted.
When I saw the commercial for Dannon Activia, I thought what do I have to lose? Nothing, absolutely nothing! So I went to the store and I bought a two week supply. I followed the direction by eating the yogurt on a daily basis. After the first week, I really did not notice a big change. I did continue eating the yogurt though since the directions stated two weeks to regulate. After the second week, I was amazed. It really did make a difference. My stomach was not hurting anymore, and I was more regulated than I had been in years.
