With the recent popularity in Cooking shows, Rachel Rae is one of the many new additions to The Food Network.  Side by side with Emeril, Paula Dean, Giada, and Sanda, Rachel has made a name for herself with her staple Thirty Minutes Meals.

Now, I admit I am obsessed with The Food Network.  Reason being, I'm trying to learn how to cook for my family.  The Food Network, and Rachel Rae have given me the freedom to do so, while giving me quick and easy meals to prepare.  Some may find Rachel Rae's talkative cooking too much for them, but for others that can relate to her, we like Rachel Rae just the way she is.

After making a huge splash among The Food Network viewers, Rachel Rae has began spreading her wings into other aspects of The Food Network.  Now, in addition to Thirty Minute Meals with Rachel Rae, she also is the host of $40 a Day, Inside Dish, and Tasty Travels with Rachel Rae.  Rachel has also recently published her first cook book, 365 Thirty Minutes Meals, which is available in stores now.  It's a pretty safe bet to say that we are just beginning to see what is to come of Rachel Rae, and her career with The Food Network.

So, what is it about Rachel Rae's way of cooking that makes it so easy to learn from her?  Quite simply, her relaxed, and easy approach to meals.  Rachel Rae teaches you to prepare ahead of time, pre washing your ingredients so they are ready to use.  Not only does Rachel Rae teach you how to prepare that distinct Thirty Minute Meal, but also how to create different variations of the same meal for future reference.  Rachel Rae has proven that cooking isn't just for chefs, but we too can do it right at home!  Preparing a gourmet meal in under thirty minutes!

You can also tune into Rachel Rae's other shows for travel tips!  It's a great idea on how to scout for deals when you don't know the area, and how to make your money stretch so you don't spend a fortune.  Rachel Rae will travel all over, even to expensive cities like Paris, and manage to maintain her budget of $40 a Day!

My Grand is writing this for me. I am 5 and love to cook but I can't cut because I might cut my self. You had a little girl and her mother on and Rachel gave her a knife and glove so he wouldn't cut herself. I want one for me and my brother. My Grand said she would by me and Chad one if you would tell her where to get them. Thank you.

I watched the Rachael Rae show yesterday (her new talk show) and she made a week's menus with the chickens she roasted on Day 1, followed by chicken enchiladas, chicken primavera (oven), another chicken dish and then a chicken salad on Day 5. Where can I get these recipes?
