The Kitchen Academy features an accelerated program where you can earn a Professional Culinary Arts degree in as little as 30 weeks. There is no traditional classroom instruction—all teaching is hands on and classes are small so students can get individual attention. Instruction starts with the basics and moves to advanced techniques. The kitchen is up to date with everything needed for the most complex of dishes. The culinary training culminates with an externship. After graduation the career staff will help place the student.
Students must be high school graduates or have a GED. The school will help students get financial aid.

The Art Institute has several programs including culinary arts, restaurant management, culinary management, and catering management. Facilities are up to date. The school emphasizes traditional, fundamental cooking skills and teaches the realities of working in restaurants.
