For the last couple years, my husband and I have changed our family's diet dramatically from processed foods to quick and easy homemade recipes that utilize fresh ingredients, so it was natural for us to want the healthiest ingredients we could get with the least amount of chemicals, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. Organic food would obviously meet this need, but many people think that organic is out of reach when one is on a tight budget, as I originally thought as well.
