Perhaps you have heard of this diet called the Warrior Diet, but chances are you haven't. As someone who constantly researches new diet trends and ways of eating, I can honestly say that this is the most unique that I have ever heard of. The basic idea of this diet is that you eat very little to nothing during the day, and at night you eat all the food for the whole day. The reasoning is that this is a more natural way of eating, because our ancestors didn't have a refrigerator to just open up and grab some food from whenever they got a little hungry. They had to hunt for their food during the day, and then at night was when they would eat. The creator of the diet, Ori Hofmekler, says that being hungry during the day is a natural feeling, and people should not be afraid of this.

I decided to give this diet a shot a couple of years ago. Although I wasn't looking to lose any weight, I just wanted to see how I would feel while eating this way, and if I would notice any health benefits from this. I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I still follow this diet, and it has become a way of life for me now. The first few weeks were somewhat difficult to control cravings for food during the day, because I was so used to eating 3 meals a day my whole life. But after a little while, my body started to adapt to these phases of undereating and overeating, and I would actually have more energy during the day than If i would eat. Another benefit I noticed was that my skin became clearer. Hofmekler says that the undereating phase during the day allows for your body to detoxify itself, which follows the ancient practice of fasting for detoxification.
