Road Trip to Canada

Day 1 (7-4)Today we started the road trip an hour late. But that didn't slow us down for too long. The trip through NY and VT were pretty much quieter than a monastery. NH, however, was quite interesting. First, there are road there that end at no particular point and for no particular reason. Second, the state parks charge admission, whether you plan on just sitting down and eating real quick or if you plan to swim. The park was Greenfield State Park, $3 per person, but there is a nice town park across from the entrance of the state park if your looking to save some cash and if your looking for a place you can actually sit down and eat. The State park was very crowded. Finally, when you are being pulled over for something and the cop never stops to tell you what was going on, its okay, it happens... I guess. See, Pat was driving for during his first hour of the day and he took a turn with a dip in it too quickly and came out of it recklessly, a cop saw this and turned on his lights and signaled us to pull over. After waiting for 7 min for the cop to stop and turn around to ticket us, and a story from Super Troopers, and realizing the new insurance card doesn't go into effect until tomorrow, we left....and got lost again. Maine is gorgeous!!! The campground we're staying at is kinda tight though (Camden Hills State Park). Tomorrow we get to Nova Scotia!!!!!!
