It is already over six months since the Nintendo Wii was launched. So why is it still so hard to find a Wii? Well, while many of you are thinking that it is quite literally impossible, don't give up hope yet! It isn't as difficult as it may seem and actually, if you know where and when to look, you could be the proud owner of a Nintendo Wii within a few weeks. Hey, a few weeks IS better than six months, right?

Online
The best way, from experience, to get a Wii online would be through a site called xpbargains. This site will show you each online store with Wii's in stock. If you have the chance to check this site often, you're almost guaranteed to get a Wii within a week or so. I check it once a day or less and I've seen them in stock numerous times. You have to be quick to get them though. Often times, they will stay in stock for 10 minutes or less. However, to be absolutely sure you won't be told they're out of stock midway through checkout, I would recommend having your information automatically filled in for the stores which allow you to do so. This allows for a quick checkout process. Another great thing about this site is that it allows you to see which stores have previously had the Wii in stock and at what time. It also tells you when they became out of stock at that store. This allows you to see how long the Wii normally stays in stock. As of now, I haven't noticed any patterns on when online stores get their stock in, but through the logs maybe you can discover something and have an even easier time finding a Wii.
