A New Secretary joined office. She was taken around by a senior official and introduced to all employees. A nice cabin greeted her. The Administration Manager introduced her boss to her. After one week her colleagues asked her how she found the job and her boss.

She replied:
"My boss has the eyes of the owl and nose of a dog. He will see and sniff any one even from a distance. Based on observations he gives directions. He has a 'pragmatic' approach to women's problems and he is very good at the keyboard".

Colleague:
"I don't follow what you say. Could you please explain in dome detail."?

Secretary:
" You see I said he has a 'pragmatic approach' to women employees. This approach lands the employee soon in a maternity home. He is very helpul. He takes care of all her needs and is liberal in granting leave for her and her husband if she is married."
Colleague:
"You have not explained how he is good at the key board."

Secretary:
"I shall explain with reference to a recent funny incident. I was typing a long document at great speed. I did not check the proof. Normally I do it at the end of the work when I have finished all the pages. But to my surprise the boss with his aquiline nose noticed gaps in typing. Words were going apart like distant galaxies in the universe. He silently watched my typing from behind. I was not aware of his presence. Later he told me pointing out the mistake which I had repeated several times."
He said; "Your typing speed is very good. Your skill is also excellent. But you must have the typewriter six inches away from the present position. The problem is during breathing when you inhale some heavy object is pounding the keyboard dislocating the letters and leaving gaps. That is the trouble to be rectified."
Colleague:
"Oh nice. He is very good at correcting you and providing timely guidance".
Secretary: "Yes, but for the 'pregmatic' approach."
Colleague:" You are fortunate to have such an understanding boss".
