If you're trying to lose weight let me be the first to say congratulations. Many of us dream of being thin. The faster the better, right? Losing weight too fast is never healthy, and will often make you a skinny fat person!

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of weight loss supplements marketed at desperate overweight people dying to lose weight fast. Americans don't believe in wasting precious time and waiting to be thin by working out and eating right for the rest of their lives. We want to be thin now! In a day and age where everything is quickly accessible and convenient like high speed internet and fast food restaurants, we have become used to getting things fast and easy.

There are certain weight loss supplements, like ephedra and synephrine, that will make fat literally melt off of you without much effort on your part. These chemicals can be found in thermogenics like Lipo-6 and Hydroxycut. You can basically eat what you want while the thermogenic causes your body to burn more calories. If you use them right and exercise regularly while dieting on these weight loss products, you can lose a lot of weight, and fast!

This is what we want, right? Well, think of what your body is doing when you lose a large amount of weight fast. Our bodies are designed for survival. This means that they will store fat for times of starvation. Fat is the last thing your body wants to burn when you lose weight, but can be burned if you do it properly and slowly. When you lose weight too quickly, your body will burn your muscle instead of your fat. Muscle is what keeps your body's metabolism burning. Without muscle, you won't burn as much fat.

I cant stand fat people who dont care. there is a big difference between someone ho doesnt care and someone who does. Like im talking SUPER fat people. If someone is fat, but they display care. then i love them. and the fattness doesnt bother me. but if someone is fat, stinks, isnt clean (like most americans) then its quite offensive.

Not everyone wants to lose weight. Some people just want to be healthy. It's sad that people don't realize that the media is lying to them when it is said that you CAN'T be fit and fat. But then, of course, if the media can sell us the War on Iraq, which 5 years into it, we realize that it was a HUGE mistake, then the media can sell us lies about fat and our bodies. As they continue to promote weight-loss, women are going to continue to go to extremes all in an effort to be "thin." I don't know how long its going to take for Americans to wake up but people are going to start dying or have serious health problems if they have weight-loss surgery. Well, it's offficial: Fascism is upon us. We can only rely on word-of-mouth journalism to report the truth. America will become a civilization in decline unless Americans take back our country from those who don't have our best interests at heart and just want to run this country in the ground. I've said time and time again tha
