Now I don't know much about you but, when I think of buffets and their slogan "All you can eat", for me it's not just another catchy phrase but a personal challenge. I find myself boggled day in and day out on how so many people can walk into a buffet and spend 10 something for dinner and only manage to down a couple of plates and even then that's pushing it. I just can't see how they can walk away with a feeling of satisfaction that the money was well spent. It actually makes me start thinking that these people must be pretty rich to be able to bust out that much and not feel obligated to maximize their gain. Now, I may not have quite as much money as them but, I've always known how to get the most out of it, especially when dining out. Today I will share with you my secrets on how to walk into a buffet with an empty stomach and leave with a heavy heart. Now the secret that I am about to reveal is not meant for the weak willed but rather for the few hardy souls that are determined to get their moneys worth.

When someone decides to go to a buffet it shouldn't be "oh... you know I'm hungry, lunch wasn't enough but, I know I can eat a lot for dinner." This is wasteful and wrong. The process itself should be as important as say, an interview for a great job. You have to be willing to prepare yourself well in advance that means: water only for one or two days before you head to a buffet. The night before game day, set your alarm clock, remember you have to get your moneys worth even if that means sitting there from open to close. You also want to be as comfortable as possible, so lay out some nice baggy sweats, preferably two sizes too big and a loose shirt, oh and don't forget to bring your game boy, you can thank me later. If you haven't done so already pick yourself up a bottle of laxatives, I know it may seem like a strange request but, I'll explain myself later.

LOL!! that was great! As a chronic dieter, buffet's can seem defeatist for the likes of me...I feel guilty for choosing the buffet, but I'll be damned if this diminutive cherub isn't going to go for broke whilst partaking of the line!!
