Cleaning to remove dust and debris

A written report of problems encountered outlining solutions to those problems

According to The US Department of Education, almost 18 million students will head off to college this fall. A national survey conducted by an independent research firm, Decision Analyst, Inc sought the opinions of 2,200 college students. The results indicate that almost 62% of colleges and universities now either require or recommend that students own a computer. Ninety-eight percent of the students involved in the survey report using a computer everyday while at school. Nearly 90% of these students report that having their own computer is instrumental in their earning higher grades.

For millions of families across the nation, back to school shopping now includes the purchase of computers, cell phones and other electronic devices. Circuit City has created a web site ( www.circuitcity.com/school) designed specifically to address these needs. It offers special promotions, customer ratings, and reviews of tech gear. Once the consumer has made a selection, such as computers, and clicked the appropriate link, access to consumer reports is available.

Before rushing out to purchase a computer, it is wise to write down what you are looking for first. If you know what your needs are, it will be easier to make a decisions once you reach the retailer. Create a budget and stick to it. Knowing how much you are willing to spend can save headaches in the store when the pressure is on to purchase a wider screen or faster model.

Unless you or your child is a computer guru, consider purchasing a service plan in the event that your child has problems with the computer while at school.

Wow! That's almost as hard to believe as the fact that Wal-Mart cares about its customers, but I heard about this too, so it must be true (about Circuit City, that is. Wal-Mart has no interest in their customers' needs).
