It's summer time and that means it's time for millions of vacationers to head to the beach to celebrate. If Ocean City, Maryland is your destination you should give The Carousel Hotel serious consideration as a hotel to stay at. If the boardwalk itself is not the main reason you go to the beach, then The Carousel Hotel has everything you need in a hotel in Ocean City, MD and is removed from the crowd and noise as well. The Carousel is located at 118th Street in Ocean City, MD which is on the northern side of town, and is an ocean front hotel. It is true that the hotel is quite a ways from the inlet, but it has so much more to offer for your vacation you will probably enjoy it better than one of the noisy boardwalk front hotels.

The Carousel Hotel is not just a hotel, it has a combination of hotel rooms and condominium units that can be rented as well. Between these two offerings you can have your choice of rooms with queen or king beds, and ones that are closer to the pool or facing the ocean. If you have a large group the condominium units will probably be your best choice as the largest ones have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This type of space is very difficult to find in most hotels in Ocean City, especially if you decide to stay closer to the inlet portion of town.

Outdoors there is an adult pool as well as a pool for the children in your group. Indoors there is also a large pool for those cooler offseason visits. All three pools are heated, even the outdoor ones though! Pools aren't the only thing that The Carousel Hotel offers for entertainment. This is the only hotel in Ocean City, MD with an indoor ice skating rink. There probably aren't many other beach resort towns that can brag about a hotel with this amenity.
