Wine.com recently announced that they have been voted as the #1 wine retailer in the world by internet users coming from seven countries namely, France, Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, Australia and the US of course. This was conducted by Bordeaux Business School in France utilizing close to three thousand internet users by way of an online questionnaire comparing 28 other similar wine sites from the same countries mentioned above. The website Wine.com simply ranked number one in every category like information, product offering, site design, ease of use, security, interactivity and reliability.

The CEO of the company Rich Bergsund was needless to say very happy at the turn of events because this ranking is based on a data-driven analysis coming from consumer preferences which where researched exhaustively. He was further quoted saying that their entire staff is seriously focused on impressing their customers and that this award and recognition given to them simply prods them to even greater heights of customer service as he promises to deliver more innovation in the future, according to wine.com.

Incidentally, Wine.com is also the top wine retailer in the US giving customers a wide array of choices of wines for any purposes at all, whether they may be shopping for themselves or buying wine to be given as a gift for their loved ones. It is hardly surprising when you see that they are offering reputable consumer reviews from their wine shop. A variety of choices on how you want the packaging to be when you are sending a wine as a gift is detailed there. A great selection and convenience by delivering pre-selected wines from all over the world when you join their wine clubs. It also offers two kinds of clubs, one for those beginners who just want their knowledge of the wine industry and taste broadened and one for those who are seriously collecting great tasting wines with the intention to build a personal cellar for themselves. Also included in their services is a business gift services wherein the packaging and the promotions are geared for the corporate gift giver, according to Wine.com.
