Remember that you should always follow the care of a doctor before you decide to use green tea as medicinal. And if you are taking other medications make sure to keep taking them or to make sure they will not interact with green tea. Because there are some things out there that will. And another thing with drinking green tea, make sure you are not consuming too much caffeine which can easily happen if you keep drinking glass after glass of green tea.
