Tokyo DisneySea
Like its counterpart, Tokyo DisneySea has theme based areas including the Lost River Delta, the Arabian Coast, Port Discovery, Mermaid Lagoon, Mysterious Island, American Waterfront, and the Mediterranean Harbor. Every area is a landscaping marvel, surpassing that of any other theme park. Most noticeably, there is a large volcano which really spits out slews of flames during shows. Much of the park is covered in a man-made lagoon connected to various other river sources that divide the park into theme based divisions. While you walk from one division to another, landscaping hides each segment, and requires the need to cross bridges. This ingenious idea evokes the feeling of crossing into another "world" as planned by the theme based artists of the park.
The main attractions of the park include many familiar, but never before seen rides such as the Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull, Storm Rider, Journey to the Center of the Earth, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Raging Spirits, Aquatopia and Tower of Terror. These are the major attractions that often require up to two hours of waiting time during busy seasons. There are many other rides that have not been introduced here, many of them just as fun for all ages.
The shows at DisneySea are unlike those at Disneyland in that they employ original show techniques never before seen by the public. Shows that are undoubtedly worth going to are the Magic Lamp Theater located in the Arabian Coast, Mystic Rhythms in the Lost River Delta, and the Mermaid Lagoon Theater set in none other than the Mermaid Lagoon itself.
